My reading has gotten a couple years ahead of my POCM updates. With the old organization (c. 1998) there was no place to put my latest magnificent insights. I had to stop updating.

So in late '04 I spent a few weeks reorganizing—all the links, a bit of content—but because the menu headers and file names have changed I can't upload the new version one page at a time; it's all or nothing. Particularly because the Good Books Top Four list now gives you much better advice, rather than wait months for the content to be updated, I've put it all up, blank pages and all.

The new organization has about thirty new, so far mostly blank, pages. I'll fill in the blanks little by little. It's also time to expand the old stuff I wrote six years ago. All this will take me into '07. By which time my reading will again be a couple years ahead of my POCM updates.

The journey is the reward.
